水之性，不杂则清，莫动则平；郁闭而不流，亦不能清；天德之象也。故曰：纯粹而不杂，静一而不变，淡而无为，动而以天行，此养神之道也。（庄子：刻意）

The nature of water is pure and clear； it is tranquil if not disturbed. When kept without movement, it becomes murky and stale. This is the testimony of heavenly virtues . Therefore, be pure without defilement, focus on one faith without wavering, take worldly matters lightly, and act decisively for goals according to heavenly laws. These are the ways of nurturing divine spirituality.

大心而敢，宽气而广，其形安而不移。能守一而弃万苛。（管子：内业）

Be broad-minded and courageous, be generous and acceptant, be tranquil and composed in body and spirit unswerving. Then you will achieve harmony within and without, getting rid of all diseases.
