Sleep for seven hours; 5. Take a 20-30 minutes walk daily. Adn while you walk, smile. PERSONALITY 1. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about; 2. Don't have negative thoughts on things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. 3. Don't overdo, keep your limits. 4. Dream more while you are awake. 5. Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present. 6. No one is in charge of your happiness except you. 7. Life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems arfe simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away. 8. Smile and laugh more. 9. Never hurt someone who cares for you. There are only a few who will be true to you. Cherish them. 10. Each day give something good to others. 11. Try to make at least three people smile each day. 12. Do the right things. 13. However good or bad a situation is, it will changes. The best yet to come. 14. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up. 15. When you awake alive in the morning, thank God for it. |
